Responsibilities:

$10,000 sign-on bonus available (current employees not eligible)

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.

Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. You'll collaborate seamlessly within an interdisciplinary team, contributing to a dynamic environment focused on optimal patient outcomes.

* Collects patient data based on diagnosis, age and/or developmental age. Analyzes data collected.
* Plans and prioritizes individualized care based on the assessment, utilizing nursing diagnosis, including teaching and discharge needs of the patient and family, and sets outcome goals in coordination with other disciplines.
* Ensures that the patient/family participates in the plan of care as able, and that plan of care addresses age-specific and cultural needs.
* Implements appropriate standards based on assessment.
* Prioritizes and organizes care within the allotted time frames.
* Coordinates discharge steps or ensures appropriate referral to address timely, appropriate discharge needs.

Qualifications:

Required

* ICU experience
* Registered Nurse: CA, upon hire and
* Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire and
* Advanced Cardiac Life Support, upon hire and
* Pediatric Advanced Life Support, within 6 months of hire
