Qualifications:
* Education: High School Diploma or GED, required.
* Graduate of an accredited medical assistant program or a minimum of 2 year experience in a medical assistant role that included medication administration, required.
* Experience: Previous work in a medical clinic, preferred.
* Licensure/Certification:
* BLS/CPR (or earned within 90 days of hire), required.
* Annual UAP agreement with provider, required.
* Additional Skills Required: Ability to successfully complete generic and department specific skills validation and competency testing. Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
