Medical Industrial Occupational Health Nurse - 11:00 AM - 7:30PM

				Overview:

East Penn is currently seeking a dedicated Occupational Health Nurse to join our progressive on-site Medical Center team. This position plays a vital role in supporting our commitment to employee safety, health, wellness, and quality.

Responsibilities:

* Oversee daily operations of the on-site medical department.
* Conduct physical assessments of injured employees and determine severity of incidents.
* Coordinate treatment with physicians when necessary.
* Stay current on OSHA regulations, DOT guidelines, and federal health standards; update procedures accordingly.
* Maintain awareness of environmental hazards and employee work areas.
* Communicate health and safety concerns to plant management and staff.

Qualifications:

* Valid PA Nursing License (RN).
* Current CPR certification.
* Strong clinical assessment skills.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Commitment to quality and employee well-being.
* Occupational Health Nursing experience preferred, but RNs with a strong desire to learn are encouraged to apply.
