Work Schedule - M-Th 1:30pm - 9:30pm Friday 3:30pm - 11:30pm
Responsibilities:
* Assist healthcare providers in delivering high-quality medical care to employees
* Conduct pre-employment health screenings and ongoing health assessments
* Maintain accurate medical records and ensure confidentiality protocols are followed
* Administer medication and injections as prescribed by healthcare professionals
* Perform medical procedures such as Spirometry, neurometry, blood pressure, pulse, hearing tests, urine drug screen, phlebotomy, breath alcohol testing, height, weight, uniform measurements, and basic eye exams.
* Monitor and report on employee health trends to management
* Provide first aid and emergency response support as needed
* Collaborate with manufacturing staff to promote workplace wellness initiatives
* Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
* Performs other diuteis as requested by Management.
*Maintains regular attendance.
*Ability to work mandatory over time.
*These tasks are considered essential elements of the job.
Qualifications:
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
* Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent certification
* At least 2 years of experience in a medical assistant role
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong understanding of healthcare procedures and protocols
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
* Knowledge of occupational health standards and safety requirements
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health record systems
* H&S, Abra, EudOra, OHM, Quest, Rolodex, Management System Reporting (MSR)
* Phlebotomy
