Our DISH Media Ad Sales team, headquartered in New York City with additional offices in Chicago, Denver, and Los Angeles, empowers brands to reach their target audiences seamlessly across the DISH and Sling platforms. Specializing in data-driven addressable and programmatic advertising solutions, this innovative and passionate team excels in navigating the dynamic TV advertising landscape.

Responsibilities:

Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview.

By managing a high-value portfolio of agencies and clients, the focus is on solving client growth needs through advanced, data-driven, HH Addressable and Programmatic solutions. Success involves bridging the gap between IO media models and Programmatic technologies to secure long-term revenue sustainability and brand dominance.
Key Responsibilities: 
* Exceed budgeted revenue goals and activity targets through proactive account management and high-impact strategic outreach
* Expand market share within the New York territory by cultivating deep, consultative relationships with major advertising agencies
* Lead the adoption of HH Addressable TV and Programmatic solutions, positioning the brand as the primary partner for digital convergence and new media
* Apply AI for client prospecting and brand research
* Drive cross-functional alignment between sales, product, and finance to streamline the deployment of complex, converged media campaigns

Qualifications:

Core Skills and Competencies (What you'll bring)

* Professional expertise in the Data-Driven TV ecosystem, including deep knowledge of HH Addressable, OTT, with an emphasis on Programmatic Video sales
* AI Application skills to leverage sales workflow efficiency
* Ability to articulate complex media value propositions and provide clear direction in high-stakes corporate presentation settings
* Creative problem-solving capacity to pivot strategies quickly in response to shifting market trends and project requirements
* Critical experiences in managing large-scale agency portfolios and consistently surpassing high-growth sales benchmarks
* Strong collaboration and decision-making skills required to represent the brand as an ambassador at major industry events

Minimum Requirements
* Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field
* Experience: 2+ years of experience as an Account Executive or 9-11 years of Agency experience
* Required Technical Skills: 
* Data-Driven/HH Addressable TV Sales
* Programmatic Video Sales 
* Corporate Presentation and Pitch Tools

The salary range is a base range and does not reflect the total compensation package.
