Perform all preventative maintenance and repairs necessary for regulatory compliance, quality patient care, staff and safety in the assigned areas.

Qualifications:

In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

* High School Diploma/G.E.D. required
* Read and interpret blueprints, schematics and wiring diagrams (desirable)

* Quality Improvement Process

* Demonstrate experience (1-2 yrs) and proficiency in the following areas: Maintenance plumbing; Maintenance Electrical; Carpentry; General equipment repair.

Physical Requirements - Sedentary work - prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10 lbs. force occasionally

Schedule: Can expect 4-8 hour shifts any day of the week as needed to assist with short staffing days and critical projects. Estimated to work 8-24 hours/pay period.
