				Overview:

The Maximo Analyst reports to the Ascension Island Site Manager and is involved in support of all the project sites within the Task Order related to Maximo to ensure delivery of high-quality services to the end users and senior leadership. This position has a critical role that requires the establishment and management of expectations at all levels within the business, both internal and external.

Responsibilities:

* Primary responsible individual to obtain and maintain focus on aligning Maximo with the needs of business; establishes and executes requirements from line of business customers to established standards.
* Provides support on the Maximo database to ensure maximum up time to all programs.
* Support the monitoring of the database logs and server disk space to make recommendations to optimize the database performance.
* Perform database refreshes of the development and test environment to support the Maximo team
* Provides regular and accurate reporting on business requirements and ensures proper integration with Maximo Service and Support.
* Makes recommendations for Service Improvement Plans and ensures actions are executed to standard and in accordance with established completion timelines.
* Supports Maximo in program implementations, assist in module testing where required, and provide program post implementation support. 
* Be prepared to travel to assist program start ups and post implementation support.
* Support Department efforts for continual improvement of Maximo environment.
* Works with internal and external Customer Teams to ensure required actions are planned, executed, and successfully completed to protect and improve Maximo at all levels.
* Be an ambassador for Maximo, working across business and Customer lines, effectively communicating and building relationships with other Teams to enhance partnership, Operational Excellence (OpEx), and resource utilization.
* Support the Senior Integrated Mission System Manager in departmental planning and development of program monitoring processes.
* Assist Senior Integrated Mission System Manager analyzing Maximo data for all applications.
* Assist Senior Integrated Mission System Manager analyzing program work order flow, identify areas of concern and provide action plans to correct workflow process.
* Assist in maintaining the Maximo automation scripts, workflows and BIRT reports.
* Assist with tickets related to user request for reports, functionality, administration task related to Maximo.
* Provide aid for the V2X mobile solution, training and improving processes to both Maximo and Program employees
* Be prepared to travel for hands on training guidance.
* Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education / Certifications: One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.

Experience:

* Must have at least 5 years' experience in Maximo Asset Management or related CMMS Systems.
* Must have at least 5 years' experience with relation database administration.
* Must have strong working knowledge of BIRT reporting, Maximo automation scripts, workflows and general Maximo configuration support.
* Must have strong understanding of military and Government terminology and principles.
* Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and related applications.
