Overview: Sunny Skies and Waterfront Living Lead our MFM Consultative Practice - NO CALL Responsibilities: Pediatrix(r) Medical Group seeks a full time Maternal Fetal Medicine Specialist - Medical Director to lead our established, consultative practice in Fort Myers, Florida. With the highest population growth in the country, Florida provides an increasing demand for MFMs and offers an exceptional quality of life. Fort Myers is located on the sheltered southwest coast of Florida. * NO CALL - no inpatient on-call requirement * Team of 4 Maternal Fetal Medicine Specialists * 25-year history working collaboratively with referring physicians to ensure patients experience a healthy pregnancy * Consultative practice * Support staff includes certified sonographers and 3 ARNPs * AIUM accredited with state-of-the-art ultrasound equipment * 3 clinical offices * Partner with HealthPark Medical Center, a Regional Perinatal Intensive Care Center, one of only 11 in the state * Support a Level-III NICU and our affiliated team of Neonatologists Fort Myers Fast Facts * Located on the Gulf Coast, offering access to miles of beautiful beaches with crystal-clear water and soft white sand * Recognized as one the state's top destinations for boating, fishing and shelling, adjacent to renowned Sanibel Island * Home to several cultural and entertainment venues, including the Barbara B.
