Responsibilities: * Solves a broad range of procurement support related problems, AOS escalation, issues and lead creative solutions to ensure AOS stability. * Establishes and manages supplier relationships including MOQ management, support end to end process from reviewing demand and supply, PO management/ processing, rescheduling/ pull list management, shortage closure, On time delivery (OTD), shipment arrangement, Defective Parts Management to avoid impacts to customer's/ Keysight operation * Effective/ Optimized inventory management * Responsible for contributing to or leading process improvement efforts to improve operational efficiency, add value, aid business performance and work towards a strategy of continuous improvement * Willing to support at night (when needed) since suppliers are based in US Qualifications: * Bachelor or master's degree (preferably in IT/ computer Science) * Minimum 5+ years practical experience in an ERP-based supply chain environment * Proficient in Microsoft applications: Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Power BI etc * Efficient time management to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, changing environment, with sense of urgency * Able to conceive & construct ad-hoc projects in a very independent manner driving for recommendations which are readily actionable * Possess good analytical and problem solving skills Careers Privacy Statement***Keysight is an Equal Opportunity Employer.***
