Responsibilities: In this role, you will ensure the stable and efficient delivery of advanced electronic measurement instruments-such as network analyzers and spectrum analyzers-developed at our Kobe site to customers worldwide. You will work closely with R&D teams and overseas manufacturing sites, managing the entire supply chain process from New Product Introduction (NPI) to mass production. Procurement for New Product Introduction (NPI) * Collaborate with R&D and prototyping teams to identify suppliers, obtain quotations, and develop procurement strategies for high-tech components and materials Supplier Management & Negotiation * Negotiate pricing and contract terms, and monitor supplier performance in delivery and quality. Supply Chain Optimization * Optimize inventory levels, reduce procurement costs, and improve processes for product and component transfers between manufacturing sites. Risk Management * Maintain strong relationships with contract manufacturers (CMs) and component vendors to minimize supply disruption risks. Qualifications: * Experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain operations in manufacturing industries (preferably electronics, semiconductors, or precision equipment) * Bachelor's degree or above * Experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP) Careers Privacy Statement***Keysight is an Equal Opportunity Employer.***
