Responsibilities:
* Execute regional marketing programs including events, webinars, digital campaigns, and partner initiatives in alignment with DES and BU priorities.
* Manage end-to-end program operations, including timelines, vendors/agencies, logistics, asset readiness, localization, and execution standards.
* Own marketing operations execution for assigned programs, including lead tagging, routing, enrichment, follow-up readiness, and SLA compliance.
* Partner with Sales and SDR teams to support timely lead follow-up, SQL readiness, and pipeline progression.
* Track and report program performance across MQLs, conversion quality, and pipeline contribution; support dashboards and reporting cadence.
* Support regional planning by translating GTM priorities and global campaigns into executable local programs.
* Ensure compliance with global marketing processes, data governance standards, and reporting requirements.
Qualifications:
* Experience in field marketing, marketing programs, or marketing operations
* Strong execution and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
* Working knowledge of lead management processes and funnel metrics
* Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder coordination skills
* Detail-oriented, process-driven, and execution-focused mindset
* Language: English (Fluent), Japanese
* Experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms
* Exposure to regional GTM planning or global campaign adaptation
* B2B or enterprise marketing experience
* Experience working in a matrixed, global organization
* Japan market experience preferred
