				Overview:

Our Retail Wireless team, serving our Boost Mobile and Gen Mobile brands, is redefining consumer expectations through new platforms, new business models and new ways of thinking. Equipped with a first-of-its-kind 5G network, a passion for change and the power to drive it, we'll emerge as the nation's fourth facilities-based wireless carrier and a disruptive force in the market at large.

Responsibilities:

Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person on-site interview.

You will solve the critical challenge of accelerating our speed to market by orchestrating seamless Go-To-Market (GTM) processes across the Boost Mobile organization. By bridging the gap between brand vision and operational execution, you ensure that complex wireless product launches and episodic campaigns are delivered with precision and high ROI. Your leadership in process optimization and cross-functional alignment will empower our marketing partners to meet aggressive business goals in a hyper-competitive prepaid and postpaid landscape.

What Success Looks Like (Objectives):

* Strategize and execute an effective GTM framework that prioritizes speed to execution without sacrificing quality or brand integrity.

* Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between Real Estate, Channel Expansion, Brand, and Sales Operations to ensure all internal teams are synchronized for timely launches.

* You will serve as the primary conduit for leadership updates, translating complex project statuses into clear, actionable briefings for the executive team.

* Analyze business performance and ROI on key episodic campaign launches to provide data-driven recommendations for future optimization.

* Proactively develop strategic marketing plays with local and national partners to ensure regional business goals align with nationwide objectives.

* Leverage AI-integrated project management tools to automate status tracking, content hand-offs, and administrative workflows, reducing manual overhead

Qualifications:

Core Skills and Competencies (What you'll bring):

* Strategic GTM Orchestration expertise with a professional focus on streamlining complex product life cycles in the wireless industry.

* Marketing Performance Analytics proficiency and the ability to interpret ROI data to drive continuous improvement in campaign execution.

* High-Stakes Stakeholder Communication skills required to interact effectively with senior executives and build a reputation as a process subject matter expert.

* Interdepartmental Collaboration and the professional expertise to unify disparate teams-from Creative to Real Estate-toward a singular launch goal.

* AI-Augmented Marketing Operations mastery, specifically in using emerging technology to optimize resource allocation and process efficiency.

* Proactive Process Optimization skills to identify operational bottlenecks and implement cost-saving improvements across the marketing ecosystem.

Additional Qualifications:

Successful candidates will typically have a deep-seated background in the prepaid or postpaid wireless industry, allowing them to navigate the unique complexities of device subsidies and network service cycles. You have a proven track record of taking initiative to refine workflows and reduce organizational costs while managing multiple high-pressure projects simultaneously. We value an adaptive mindset and the ability to maintain a strong work ethic in a dynamic environment where timelines are often challenging and fluid.

Minimum Requirements:

* Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).

* Minimum Experience: 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or Project Management leadership.

* Required Technical Skills: Must have at least 5 years of experience with:

* Go-To-Market (GTM) process management and execution.

* Project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, ClickUp, or Jira).

* Analyzing national and local marketing campaign performance.
