About this opportunity 

As Marketing Manager for the D-A-CH region, you'll be at the forefront of shaping and executing cutting-edge strategies that revolutionize practice development and consumer marketing. Your mission? To align local initiatives with the overarching EMEA vision, unlocking the full potential of the Invisalign System and iTero Intra-Oral Scanner. By driving growth and productivity for orthodontists and dentists, you'll play a pivotal role in empowering practices to thrive, innovate, and transform patient care like never before. 

In this role, you will  

* Support the development and implementation of EMEA Partnership & Practice Development strategy 
* Adapt EMEA strategy to the Market in D-A-CH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) Identifying and championing local growth opportunities in addition to the regional plan 
* Work cross-functionally to develop programs and initiatives to support:  
* In practice patient conversion  
* Practice productivity and efficiency  
* Optimal patient experience with implementation of our digital tools and End-2-End workflow
* Development/Adaptation of Practice marketing collateral & resources & tailored activities to support patient engagement and practice digitization 

* Understand European and local market trends, practice and patient needs, and requirements. 
* Work with Global, EMEA marketing agencies to create innovative assets for the practice 
* Work with local sales and marketing teams in EMEA to prepare teams, develop solutions and implement activities successfully 
* Tailored activities to support patient engagement and practice digitization 
* Budget Management 
* Use analytics and insights (including campaign ROI, customer reimbursement and competition) to support execution of the marketing plan; 
* Train and educate country stakeholders on required aspects of brand strategy and Practice Development tools including development of training collateral 
* Visit personally the dental practices to understand the impact and opportunities with customers and sales team
* You will report into the Head of Marketing D-A-CH. You will be based in local office in cologne, with regular travel within the responsible market.

In this role, you'll need   

* Bachelor degree or above, preferably in a marketing or business related field.
* Ideally at least 3 years of proven work experience in Marketing at country level. 
* Industry background in the dental or medical device field, preferably with products that are sensitive to active consumer/patient demand.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills 
* Native level German and excellent English language skills
* Preferably sales or in-practice experience in dental or medical devices
* Full-time position based in our Cologne office, up to 30% of travel required.
