This role drives the strategy, growth, and development of all marketing initiatives for the DISH Business Commercial TV segment. You will solve the challenge of reaching diverse commercial audiences by evolving brand stories and content pillars to match a changing category landscape and our entry into Wireless. Success is defined by the seamless orchestration of a full-funnel GTM calendar that delivers high-quality leads and achieves annual sales goals through collaborative cross-functional execution.
What Success Looks Like (Objectives)
* Orchestrate the annual B2B Go-To-Market calendar to ensure all campaigns, offers, and tactics are coordinated from top-of-funnel awareness to bottom-funnel conversion
* Drive the strategic development of vertical-specific campaigns and product launches based on key content pillars and emerging market dynamics
* Partner with Sales, Media Agencies, and Creative teams to define campaign objectives and launch initiatives that align with yearly revenue targets
* Author comprehensive initiative briefs that integrate financial analysis, launch plans, and performance reporting to ensure organizational alignment and post-mortem growth
* Optimize the B2B media strategy and CRM lead nurture campaigns to grow the sales pipeline and increase conversion rates for the commercial sales team
* Leverage AI-driven marketing automation and predictive analytics to personalize B2B messaging and enhance the efficiency of lead scoring and nurture sequences
Qualifications:
Core Skills and Competencies (What you'll bring)
* Advanced ability to think strategically about market information and analyze complex marketing data to derive big-picture business insights
* Demonstrated capability to influence and collaborate across various functional groups, including Sales, Media Agencies, and external third-party partners
* Critical experience managing full-funnel marketing campaigns-including brand, digital, and direct response-with a specific emphasis on B2B environments
* Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence used to build trust with stakeholders and foster a culture of high-performance collaboration
* Proficiency in AI literacy and application to streamline content publication, automate lead nurturing, and optimize campaign-level performance sharing
* Proven track record of managing and developing individuals or small teams to achieve collective GTM objectives in a fast-paced setting
Additional Qualifications
* Experience with HubSpot and advanced Marketing CRM programs is highly preferred
Minimum Requirements
* Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
* Minimum Experience: 6-8 years of experience in full-funnel marketing; at least 1-2 years of experience managing teams or direct reports
* Required Technical Skills: Must have experience with:
* B2B Go-To-Market strategy and calendar management
* Full-funnel digital marketing (LinkedIn, Paid Search, Native Content)
* CRM-driven lead generation and nurture campaign execution
