Responsibilities:

Boost Mobile is seeking a Marketing Lead to join the dynamic Customer Communications and Owned Channel Marketing team.  In this role, you will play a pivotal part in elevating customer value and retention by implementing strategic initiatives throughout the customer lifecycle, ultimately enhancing the customer journey and user experience.  As a Marketing Lead on the team, you will be at the forefront of developing impactful customer communications aimed at boosting engagement, driving sales, and fostering retention across the entire customer lifecycle.  Your primary responsibilities will include managing creative development of different campaigns especially focused on email, SMS and InApp/Push notifications, developing creative testing strategies for continuous improvement of customer engagement and retention, and driving our messaging strategy for former customers. Key Responsibilities:

* Develop engaging email, SMS and  InApp/Push notifications campaigns to support customer loyalty and business objectives
* Serve as a subject matter expert for formers and winback communications
* Manage creative development of different campaigns for the team, briefing creative teams on needs, providing and seeking feedback, and shepherding campaigns from inception to deployment 
* Spearhead developing creative tests seeking continuous improvement to customer engagement
* Collaborate within Retail Wireless Marketing team and across multiple teams including Creative, Web, and Sales to develop campaigns 
* Act with a sense of urgency to ensure that campaigns are developed and executed accurately and on schedule

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

* A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in marketing and bachelor's degree required

Skills and Qualifications:

* Passion for the customer; prior experience of Customer retention/loyalty preferred
* Desire to win the business every single day
* Creative mind-set
* Experience designing email and SMS campaigns is a plus
* Experience project managing creative development and testing preferred
* Demonstrated ability to think creatively, strategically and quickly and to learn and act swiftly
* Strong interpersonal skills that encourage team partnership and promotes enthusiasm
* Proven experience working directly with different teams with excellent attention to detail, creativity, motivation and communication skills
* Ability to learn quickly, prioritize and work under pressure, adapt to a rapidly changing environment, and demonstrate a sense of urgency
* Ability to facilitate a project with multiple steps from conception to delivery
* Figma knowledge preferred
