The DISH Go-To-Market team is accountable for the strategy, growth, and development of all marketing initiatives driving the DISH Business Commercial TV business annually. This team manages the campaigns and initiatives that tell our DISH Business brand story, reach our target audiences, and drive our yearly sales goals. This is an exciting, dynamic role to have during an exciting time at DISH, as we look to evolve our offerings based on the changing dynamics in the category and our entry into Wireless.
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing, implementing and maintaining annual DISH Business Go-To-Market Calendar, inclusive of all B2B marketing campaigns, offers, tests, initiatives and tactic coordination from top-of-funnel to bottom funnel
* Leading tactical campaigns & initiatives based on DISH Business key verticals and content pillars, new product launches and offers
* Working cross functionally with Sales, Media Agency and external partners to launch campaigns, initiatives and offers with strategies and objectives and goals defined
* Writing Initiative Briefs, inclusive of background, financial analysis, launch plans, cross-functional team coordination, key meetings/approvals, performance reporting, and archiving/postmortems
* Owning DISH Business Leads CRM and nurture campaigns, growing leads to deliver to our Sales team for conversion
* Coordinating campaign-level performance share-out across teams, B2B media channels and tactics, including KPI's, message tests, offer testing and image testing
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
* Bachelors degree in marketing, business, journalism, communications, or related degree
* 2-4 years experience as a Marketing Generalist with experience across full-funnel marketing: brand, digital, direct response, and partner marketing
Skills and Qualifications:
* Ability to think strategically about both customer and market information; comfortable analyzing marketing data to see big picture
* Ability to influence and collaborate across various functional groups including Sales, Media Agency and external third-party partners
* Experience with HubSpot and Marketing CRM Programs is a plus, as is B2B marketing experience and media channels like LinkedIn
* Strong interpersonal skills that encourage team collaboration and promote enthusiasm; build trust with external and cross-functional partners
* Must be results oriented and have an understanding of metrics and data, as well as the ability to infer implications and make recommendations
* Thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment with a high capacity to multi-task and handle tight deadlines on a daily basis, and a proven track record of communicating effectively
* Problem solver, process and detail oriented
