Responsibilities: * Market & Industry Support * Support the collection and analysis of market and industry information in the China South region. * Assist in preparing basic market insights, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders. * Support the planning and execution of marketing programs, including: * Offline seminars and industry events * Trade shows and exhibitions * Online webinars and live streaming activities * Social media content creation and promotion * Assist in coordinating internal teams and external partners during program execution. * Marketing Communication & Operations Support * Support marketing communication activities, including: * Coordination with vendors and agencies * Purchase order (PO) processing and documentation * Marketing program logistics and operational tasks * Assist in preparing marketing materials and basic content. * Learning & Collaboration * Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to learn about Keysight's solutions and target industries. * Continuously learn technical and market knowledge to improve marketing effectiveness. Qualifications: Required * Bachelor's degree or above in electrical engineering, computer science, or related fields. * 1-3 years of working experience; fresh graduates with strong interest in technology and marketing are welcome. * Good communication skills in English and Chinese, both written and spoken. * Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. * Basic organizational and project coordination skills. Preferred (Nice to Have, Not Must) * Internship or project experience in technology, marketing, or related fields. * Basic understanding of electronics, communications, automotive, semiconductor, or related industries. * Experience with digital marketing, social media, or event support.
