Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Responsibilities:

* Providing assistance with the following areas; Advertising, Property Marketing and Promotions.
* Working directly with the Director of Marketing on all coordination for internal advertising including direct mail designs, posters, collateral, etc.
* Responsible for the routing of approvals for all Advertising, Promotions and Events collateral.
* Responsible for the placement and upkeep of internal advertising displays.
* Responsible for the setting up of offers within the VLT systems for promotional drawings and giveaways.
* Writing rules and regulations for promotions and events and submits to the State for approvals.
* Assisting in conception of Promotions.
* Coordinating all Bus Marketing property visits, including scheduling, greeting the bus, billing, some sales and bus analysis.
* Ability to promptly and accurately follow instructions given by Supervisor, Manager, or Director.
* Processing purchase orders and check requests for the Marketing Department.
* Managing Entertainment acts, contracts and scheduling.
* Maintain compliance with policies and procedures.

* Must have intermediate computer knowledge; MS Office Word, Excel, and Outlook, Sales Force; ACSC preferred.
* Must be proficient in Microsoft applications Excel, Access, Word.
* Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
* Ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage multiple priorities in a demanding work environment
* Must have exceptional communication, analytical, customer service, interpersonal and organizational skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and leaders to complete property/corporate initiatives and effective day to day operations.
* Must have an outgoing, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude.
* Must enjoy hosting others.
* Must be comfortable initiating conversations and creating a fun environment with our guests.
* Organized with an eye-for-detail and should be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Compliance with all regulatory, governmental, and safety requirements
* Development of team to include completion of all required training and knowledge of all policies and procedures relating to their positions.
* Other duties, as needed.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This job does not have any supervisory responsibilities.

Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university is preferred; Graphic design knowledge and experience is preferred; Three years in progressively more challenging roles in marketing that include experience with digital platforms and related marketing efforts; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in in English may also be required.

Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to perform these operations using units of America money and weight measurement, volume and distance. Possess ability to operate an adding machine and have basic computer skills.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Certifications, Licenses, Registrations: Employee must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations.

Must possess a valid driver's license and have acceptable driving history as determined by Penn National Gaming's auto insurance carrier.
