Responsibilities:

WE LOVE OUR WORK 

* Assists with implementation and execution of promotional events, drawings, tournaments, giveaways and offers
* Assists with the set up and display of advertising and promotional items
* Coordinates accommodations for cross-property visitors and vendors
* Answers phone calls and proactively assists customers (internal and external) with their inquiries
* Documents participation, notifies winners and coordinates prize awards
* Accurately completes paperwork including but not limited to; promotional paperwork, envelope stuffing, filing, data entry, event recaps, copying and scanning.
* Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.
* Adheres to all company, state, and regulatory policies and procedures.
* Responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.
* Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

* Minimum of High School Diploma with one (1) year of related experience, preferably in Marketing, special events/promotions or related industry. 
* Must have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal 
* Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
* Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
