Responsibilities:
Are you ready to own end-to-end demand generation campaigns that directly influence pipeline growth for SoftwareOne across AWS and Google Cloud in the MEA region?
Do you thrive in a hands-on role where you can turn creative multi-channel marketing ideas into measurable results - from first touch to qualified sales opportunity?
You will drive qualified pipeline for SoftwareOne's AWS and Google Cloud practices across the MEA region by planning, executing, and optimizing demand generation programs. This is a hands-on execution role - you will own the full campaign lifecycle from ideation to lead handoff.
Key responsibilities
Campaign planning & execution
* Build and run multi-channel demand gen campaigns (paid digital, email, social, webinars, newsletters) targeting AWS and Google Cloud buyer personas across UAE, KSA, South Africa, Qatar, and broader MEA.
* Plan and manage roundtables, industry events, and co-branded partner activities with AWS and Google field marketing teams.
* Own the campaign calendar - align timing with vendor GTM motions, product launches, and regional business priorities.
Social media & content distribution
* Manage SoftwareOne MEA's hyperscaler-focused social media presence (LinkedIn primary). Create, schedule, and optimize posts.
* Coordinate with internal subject matter experts and vendor marketing teams to source content for campaigns.
Lead management & reporting
* Track and report on lead volume, MQL-to-SQL conversion, cost-per-lead, and pipeline contribution per campaign.
* Ensure leads are captured, qualified, and routed to sales within agreed SLAs using CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce).
* Provide weekly and monthly performance dashboards to the Alliance Manager and regional leadership.
Budget management
* Manage allocated demand gen budgets for AWS and Google activities. Track spend, forecast utilization, and ensure ROI accountability.
* Support vendor co-op/MDF claim submissions by maintaining documentation, proof-of-execution, and compliance with program guidelines.
Performance metrics
* Number of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) generated per quarter
* MQL-to-SQL conversion rate
* Pipeline sourced and influenced by marketing activities ($ value)
* Cost per lead and cost per opportunity
* Budget utilization rate vs. allocated spend
* Campaign ROI and engagement metrics (CTR, open rates, attendance)
Qualifications:
Must have
* 3-5 years in B2B demand generation, digital marketing, or field marketing - ideally within IT services, cloud, or SaaS.
* Hands-on experience running paid campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads), email automation (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar), and webinar platforms.
* Strong understanding of the marketing-to-sales funnel: lead scoring, MQL/SQL definitions, and CRM hygiene.
* Experience working with or marketing for AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft is a strong advantage.
* Data-driven mindset - comfortable building reports, analyzing campaign performance, and making optimization decisions.
* Excellent written English. Arabic is a plus
Nice to have
* Experience managing vendor co-op/MDF programs and claim processes.
* Familiarity with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies.
* Prior experience in the MEA region or understanding of Gulf and African enterprise markets.
* Working knowledge of Salesforce reporting and dashboards.
