We're looking for someone with:

* Three to five years of prior marketing experience in the Architectural, Engineering, Construction (AEC) industry or similar capacity
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related discipline
* Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office 365
* The ability to multi-task and meet deadlines 
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to adapt to different communication styles
* A team-player mindset 
* A willingness to learn and work above and beyond
* Excellent skills in time management, organizing, writing, proofreading and editing
* Understand the AEC industry and marketing fundamentals
* The ability to think outside the box to find solutions to problems
* Determination and dependability

Responsibilities:

Skanska USA Building Inc. (Skanska) is looking for a full-time Marketing Coordinator II in Boston, Massachusetts. In this job, you'll support our overall sales and marketing efforts by taking on responsibilities including but not limited to:

* Producing proposals, qualifications, award submittals and presentation materials
* Assisting with minor business development efforts
* Implementing concepts for and production of collateral materials
* Managing local database responsibilities
* Managing basic pursuit videos
* Interviewing staff to draft resumes and project sheet descriptions.
