Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a Marketing Business System Manager to join our team! As a Business System Manager, you will focus on streamlining systems, automating processes, and unlocking data-driven insights to boost efficiency and performance. By integrating CRM tools and optimizing workflows, you will enable real-time decision-making, reduce manual work, and support smarter sales strategies. The result: smoother onboarding, stronger revenue growth, and scalable operations.

Responsibilities:
* Continue advancing CRM integration with ERP, Power BI, Power Automation, Power Apps, and marketing automation tools, ensuring real-time data flow and better visibility across departments.
* Leverage a centralized data warehouse to consolidate multiple data sources, enabling dynamic Power BI dashboards that improve decision-making and drive user adoption.
* Create tools that provide real-time visibility into hit rates, pipeline, revenue goals, and backlog, segmented by discipline, division, location, client, and personnel.
* Develop tools for project assignments to optimize resource allocation and utilization, ensuring strategic workforce planning across regions.
* Quickly identify team members with complementary skills to assemble project teams efficiently, fostering collaboration across divisions.
* Create an interactive marketing audit dashboard to streamline project descriptions and marketing data.
* Refine pursuit strategies using hit rates, fee comparisons, competitive insights, and profit analysis.
* Reduce redundant manual tasks by streamlining several processes, including automating the creation of proposal folders in SharePoint, initiating proposal/job numbers from CRM, linking opportunities to projects through the FDC for improved lifecycle tracking, and automating the push of marketing-approved projects directly to your website to reduce delays.
Qualifications:
* 5-10 years of experience
* Ability to use Unanet, PowerBI, Deltek and BST are a plus.
* Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.
