Responsibilities:
As a Marketing Ambassador you are responsible for assisting in the execution of promotional events, special events and tournaments as well as the meeting and greeting of new casino customers through new mychoice Club card sign ups.
GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
(The following statements are intended as general illustrations of the work in this job class and are not all-inclusive for this position.)
* Assists in the set-up, execution and breakdown of all on-site and off-site promotions and special events: to include but not limited to, tournaments, drawings, VIP parties, and festivals.
* Works within a team to ensure that all items needed to carry out the promotion and/or special event are in the appropriate place in a timely manner.
* Responsible for adhering to established policies and procedures for each promotion.
* Issues appropriate prizes to guests.
* Performs on stage if necessary while utilizing a microphone for announcements for drawings and/or events.
* Maintains a detailed knowledge of all promotions and special events in order to effectively explain policies and procedures to customers.
* Introduces the mychoice cards to new players and replaces lost cards for our guests.
* Accurately enters new customer accounts and makes updates to accounts when necessary.
* Promotes Rewards program and meets monthly goals set. Promotes Rewards App and encourages guest to download.
* Builds relationships with customers to drive Rewards sign-ups along with email capture. Ensures initial customer contact is courteous, informative, and thorough.
* Displays friendly, positive demeanor while collecting information to grow the Rewards database.
* Provide support and troubleshoot guest concerns with our marketing technology (app, offers, kiosks, etc.).
* Keeps guest information secure and verifies accuracy.
* Provides customers with accurate information about the Rewards program and property as well as entertainment offered.
* Perform other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department.
WORKING CONDITIONS/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
* Ability to use all equipment associated with the position, including player-tracking system, Microsoft applications and internal systems.
* Due to the nature of the casino and hospitality industry, team members will be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the property including holidays and weekends. This position operates in a working environment that is subject to varying levels of crowds, noise and smoke, the severity of which depends upon customer volume. Conform to all Louisiana Gaming Regulations and company policies if applicable.

Qualifications:
* Conform to all Louisiana Gaming Regulations and company policies if applicable.
* Must possess excellent customer service and problem solving skills.
* Must be familiar with marketing and advertising concepts. The ideal candidate must have the ability to multi-task, be extremely organized, detail oriented, able to handle deadlines, prioritize, be self-motivated and have a creative eye.
* Ability to read and interpret documents and procedure manuals.
* Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Must be age 21 or older.
