Manufacturing Production SupervisorLocation: 777 Brooks Avenue, Holland, MI 49423Shift: Full-time | 3rd Shift | Monday-Friday, 10:00 PM-6:00 AMFlexibility required for occasional weekend and holiday coverage.

The Manufacturing Production Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating the activities of production personnel on multiple high-speed packaging lines. This role ensures the safe, efficient, and high-quality packaging of beverage products for storage and shipment while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and coach production operators in executing daily and weekly schedules.
* Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations across multiple packaging lines.
* Manage labor and operating expense budgets effectively.
* Maintain and complete accurate production records and reports.
* Monitor and ensure proper functioning and safety of equipment.
* Analyze production data to identify and implement process improvements.
* Recommend long-term solutions such as equipment upgrades, procedural changes, and material alternatives.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
* Recruit, train, evaluate, and develop team members.
* Maintain effective labor relations within company policy and collective agreements.

Responsibilities:

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field (highly preferred)

* Prior leadership/people management experience (required)

* Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, TPM, or other continuous improvement methods

* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel); SAP experience preferred
