Manufacturing Engineer Our Manufacturing Engineers apply engineering principles and processes to design innovative, quality components for the customers we serve. Responsibilities: * Lead engineering department and process documents for all fabrication * Oversee programming of all machinery * New SKU creation, routes, and BOMs * Train the programming team on all aspects of new and existing machinery * Develop and design the component parts, and systems * Research and test products to analyze performance, design, and operation of each * Develop current and potential team leaders to become more effective at their current or future roles * Work with operations and sales leaders to effectively handle requests and solve problems * Develop, implement, and uphold Engineering standards and practices * Oversee and assist in team member engagement strategies * Proven Leadership experience in a similar industry * Public speaking ability * Strong organization and time management skills Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering * Auto CAD * SolidWorks * Sigmanest (preferred, not required) * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Travel: Travel will be minimal and would be primarily local during the business day. Work Authorization/Security Clearance: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. This role is not eligible for Visa sponsorship now or in the future.
