Responsibilities: * Assist in Product Failure Analysis * Support the root cause analysis of failed products or test units. * Use tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, or thermal imaging to diagnose issues. * Log and Document Debugging Activities * Record steps taken during troubleshooting. * Maintain detailed logs of failures, test results, and corrective actions. * Support Functional and Reliability Testing * Run standard test procedures to validate product functionality. * Assist in stress testing or environmental testing (e.g., thermal cycling, humidity). * Component and Circuit Troubleshooting * Help isolate issues at the component or board level (e.g., cold solder joints, damaged ICs). * Learn to read and interpret circuit diagrams and BOMs. * Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams * Work withManufacturing teams to gather input and implement fixes. * Attend daily stand-up or issue-resolution meetings.
