This job is related to the development and improvement of systems for measuring standards used to check the performance of electronic measuring instruments.

キーサイトの計測標準室では、開発部門で必要となるトレーサビリティに関する課題の解決、世界各国のサービスセンターの校正業務のサポート、工場出荷前製品の値付けのサポートを担当するエンジニアを募集しています。国家標準に近いトレーサビリティを持つ標準器、精密測定技術、メトロロジーに関する知識を駆使して、精度の高い校正やソリューションを提供します。

主な業務

1.校正手順の開発、検証、改善

2.標準器の管理

3.精密測定の知識が必要な校正の実施

4.学会発表や計量標準の会合への参加を通じたメトロロジー業界への貢献

Keysight's Measurement Standards Laboratory in Japan is seeking engineers responsible for solving traceability issues required by the R&D department, supporting calibration operations at service centers worldwide, and implementing characterization of new products before factory shipment. Utilizing standard equipment with traceability close to national standards, precision measurement technology, and knowledge of metrology, we provide high-accuracy calibrations and solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

1.Development, verification, and improvement of calibration procedures

2.Management of standard equipment

3.Execution of calibrations requiring precision measurement knowledge

4.Contribution to the metrology industry through presentations at academic conferences and participation in metrology standards meetings

Qualifications:

・大学卒業以上

・電気、数学、統計学の知識

・計測器の使用経験

・3～5年程度の業務経験

・日本語でのコミュニケーション能力

・英語に抵抗がない方（技術資料はほとんどが英語で、海外担当者とのやり取りもあるので英語能力もある程度必要）

1. Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent in Engineering

2. Knowledge of electrical engineering, mathematics, and statistics

3. Experience using measuring instruments

4. Approximately 3-5 years of work experience

5. Proficiency in Japanese communication

6. Comfortable with English (most technical documents are in English, and there is some interaction with overseas personnel, so a certain level of English skill is required)
