Responsibilities: Manages a group of engineering & supply chain operating managers in delivering: * Order Fulfilment KPIs - Revenue, quality performance, inventory & gross margin * Leads new product introduction (NPI) activities in coordination with R&D/ Product Management/ Marketing to ensure manufacturability, conformance with the global supply chain and time to market General Descriptor: * Manages work groups representing multiple processes/ functions (order fulfillment engineering, NPI, supply chain and quality) * Designs, manages, executes tactical business plan to deliver business strategy * Develops, executes multi-business programs Qualifications: * Minimum bachelor's degree in engineering (preferred), business management or relevant field. * Demonstrated strong people management and leadership skills in implementing program/organization strategies. * Knowhow in operational management i.e. NPI launching to mass production, shipment/ revenue recognition, quality, financials (COGS/ manufacturing overhead), supply chain & contract manufacturer management * Well verse in semiconductor business. * Strong communication across functional, geographical teams Careers Privacy Statement ***Keysight is an Equal Opportunity Employer.***
