We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our semiconductor DieFab team in Santa Rosa, California. Our facility specializes in manufacturing integrated circuits to support both internal and external customers. As a member of the IC Dispatch team, you will be responsible for the final packaging and shipping of our integrated circuits. Responsibilities: * Work independently within a team environment to achieve area goals. * Undergo training tailored to your existing knowledge and ability to acquire new skills. * Perform final buddy checks, labeling, vacuum sealing, and extensive computer work using Oracle and Prism. Qualifications: Required Qualifications: * Experience in integrated circuit fabrication processing and handling. * Proficiency in computer usage. * Experience with Oracle. * Ability to work in an ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) room environment. * Ability to work in clean room attire. * Capability to raise concerns through a standardized chain of command. * Skill in handling and processing delicate and small materials. Desired Qualities: * Attention to detail. * Skilled in handling delicate products. * Strong focus and concentration. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
