Responsibilities: * Responsible to provide engineering support in improving and resolving mechanical and process related issues on the products and production processes to ensure smooth production flow without any impact on shipment revenue and product quality. * Identifying and redesigning parts and assemblies including part qualification to achieve cost reduction, quality, and yield improvement and minimize AOS risk through the entire life cycle of the product. * Identifying and initiating the design and fabrication of assembly tooling needed to improve the quality and productivity. * Lead cross functional team to perform sourcing and qualification of mechanical part when needed. * Responsible for production process flow setup for any newly added process or new product launch and translate processes into work instruction in clear and precise manner.
