Insurance company on the mainline is searching for a Recruitment Manager for a full time direct hire position. In this role you will lead recruiting efforts to keep pace with an aggressive growth strategy. Responsibilities *Recruit select positions at the officer level. *Create high quality candidate pools through a variety of sourcing channels. *Maximize research tools while minimizing sourcing costs. *Develop, manage and mentor a high performing recruitment team *Seek new approaches, practices and processes to improve the efficiency of talent acquisition services. *Maintain relationships with external recruitment sources. *Maintain open communication with other internal business units to maximize total Qualification: *Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Management, or other related field; Master's degree preferred; *AIRS and PHR/SPHR certification preferred; *Eight (8) years of progressive talent acquisition experience in a mid-size or large multi-site organization; *Three (3) years of supervisory experience of a high-volume/high-performing corporate talent acquisition team; *Experience recruiting in the financial services industry *Experience using talent acquisition technology including applicant tracking systems and social media.
