Responsibilities:
The Tax Reporting & Compliance Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization's tax compliance processes, ensuring timely and accurate filing of all federal, state, and local tax returns. This role ensures compliance with evolving tax laws and regulations, manages audits, and supports strategic tax planning initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical tax background, excellent analytical skills, business acumen and the ability to lead and develop team members. Qualifications:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's in Taxation or CPA preferred).
* At minimum 5+ years of progressive tax experience, including public accounting and/or corporate tax department.
* A minimum of 2 years of experience managing teams.
* Experience with Workday and Power BI preferred.
* Experience with multi-entity compliance and reporting.
