Responsibilities: The Supply Chain Operations Systems Manager will drive the implementation, optimization, and integration of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Order Management Systems (OMS) solutions within our distribution operations. This role requires a deep understanding of warehouse automation, order fulfillment processes, and system capabilities to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve inventory accuracy. This position involves cross-functional collaboration, project leadership, and mentoring of system analysts. Qualifications: EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field. * Experience in WMS and OMS systems implementation within retail or distribution companies. * Minimum 5+ years of experience in WMS and OMS implementation within retail or distribution companies. * Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse automation technologies and system integration. * Previous leadership experience (e.g., mentoring system analysts or leading cross-functional projects) is preferred.
