We're seeking a Manager of Strategic Intelligence to support our strategy department and broader organization by providing critical insights and managing a robust inventory of strategic intelligence. This role is essential in empowering key decisions that shape the future of our healthcare system.

Responsibilities:

* Lead a team delivering insights at the intersection of consumer, market, and business intelligence.

* Translate data into business plans, proformas, and cost-benefit analyses to support growth initiatives.

* Monitor industry trends, payor shifts, competitors, and regulatory requirements, including CON processes.

* Collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams to influence strategy, optimize services, and identify new opportunities.

* Build and develop high-performing teams, ensuring operational efficiency, talent growth, and effective communication.

* Extensive experience in large, multi-market healthcare systems.

* Expertise in healthcare data, market intelligence, strategic planning, and policy trends.

* Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills with a proven ability to drive strategic initiatives.

* Lead initiatives that shape the future of healthcare delivery and organizational growth.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.

Master's Degree (Preferred): Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration (MBA), or another healthcare-related discipline.
