Responsibilities:

The individual selected for this position will perform the responsibilities of a Manager, Strategic Sourcing for the Enterprise Supply Chain organization. 

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and develop a high-performing team responsible for:
* Executing RFQ/RFP/RFI sourcing events
* Negotiating complex supply chain contracts
* Building and executing category and sourcing strategies
* Recommending supplier selections to executive stakeholders

* Analyze current supply chain and sourcing performance; identify and implement improvement opportunities
* Provide strategic direction for supplier negotiations, contract management, and vendor performance improvement
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Units, Legal, Finance, and Strategic Sourcing leadership to ensure sourcing solutions align with organizational goals
* Support the development and standardization of sourcing processes, tools, and best practices
* Ensure compliance with corporate policies, ethical sourcing practices, and relevant regulatory requirements
* Review historical spend data and purchasing trends to inform strategy
* Support escalation and dispute resolution with suppliers as needed
* Oversee and participate in drafting and refinement of contract language in partnership with Legal and internal stakeholders

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or related field required

* Master's degree (MBA or related) preferred

* 7-10 years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, supply chain, or procurement, including at least 2-3 years in a leadership or people management capacity

Skills and Qualifications:

* Proven success managing sourcing for complex categories including hardware, software, and services

* Strong negotiation, contract drafting, and vendor management skills

* Experience leading cross-functional sourcing initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders

* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
