Responsibilities: KeHE's multiple lines of Exclusive Brands offer retail customers compelling natural food solutions in the communities they serve. The Sourcing Manager plays an integral role on the KeHE Exclusive Brands team, ensuring these products offer the variety and mix our retail partners need to compete in an ever-changing marketplace. This role plays a critical link to our brand strategy. The right person will help us evolve our product offerings, ensuring a food-forward approach to acquiring new customers, and improving the satisfaction of existing retail partners. As with all positions at KeHE, we expect that all actions will be consistent with KeHE's Mission, Vision and Values. Qualifications: EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: * Bachelor's degree in business administration, or related field. * Minimum of 4 years' experience in Product Development, Sourcing, Private Label Management or related experience * Advanced Skills in Excel, PowerPoint * Experience with syndicated data is preferred PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: * These physical demands are representative of the physical requirements necessary for an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
