Responsibilities:

The Manager of Sales Operations will drive critical insights across the organization through sales pipeline management, sales analytics and business partnering. They will act as a trusted business partner to commercial leadership, ensuring that sales reporting and systems accurately provide the information needed to inform decision making.  This individual is a self-starter with strong analytical, technical and organizational skills who develops efficient solutions to unique problems. Qualifications:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Analytics, Operations, or related field required. MBA or master's degree is a plus.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Strategy, or similar role. 
* Minimum of 1 year of management experience.
* Prior experience in distribution, CPG (consumer packaged goods), or retail distribution sectors and knowledge of how sales, supply chain, and merchandising intersect in a distribution business mode is preferred. 
* Hands-on experience with commercial planning tools & systems.
* Experience managing or mentoring staff (directly or indirectly) is a plus.
