One California Responsibilities: The position provides oversight for all administrative aspects of the Graduate Medical Education (GME) Program at St. John's Regional Medical Center and St. John's Hospital Camarillo including project development and implementation, employee interviewing, hiring, orienting and supervision, overseeing marketing and communication, managing and reconciling all program finances, including grants Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in health care or equivalent experience upon hire and Minimum of five (5) years of experience in operational areas
