Overview:
Product Management Manager
The Product Management Manager leads the Product Management team in execution and delivery of world class products for our consumers. The Product Management Manager executes highly specialized projects as well as manages a team executing projects related to different products. Adapts precedent and may make significant departures from traditional approaches to develop solutions. You will act as a servant leader to the team, facilitate planning and team learning in the form of reviews and retrospectives, and adaptation of the process to ensure quality of team/solutions. The Product Management Manager ensures the tracking and reporting of daily activities as well as being responsible for removing impediments that prevent a team from completing the work it has negotiated for a given sprint.
Digital Products and Services team members are responsible for securely managing information systems throughout their lifecycle, including knowing what information systems are within their scope of responsibility, understanding what sensitive data is stored, transmitted, or processed on those information systems, enforcing the security principles of least privilege and least functionality, knowing what events may constitute a cybersecurity incident, and understanding their role in security incident response activities.

Schedule: 8:00AM-5:00PM Monday - Friday

Qualifications:
* Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. Graduate Degree, preferred.
* Experience: Minimum five years in healthcare, required. Product/Project Management, preferred.
* Licensure/Certification: ScrumMaster Certification (CSM) or equivalent, required.
* Additional Skills (required): Business analysis, product/project management, or product development. Ability to drive/travel to multiple locations/facilities as needed.
* Additional Skills (preferred): Advanced Certified ScrumMaster(r) (A-CSM(r))
