One California Responsibilities: * As our Nursing Manager, you will be a dynamic leader, guiding and empowering our nursing team to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care through continuous growth and operational excellence. * Every day, you will lead and mentor Registered Nurses, oversee clinical operations, and advocate for patient and team needs, driving professional development and achieving unit goals. * To be successful in this role, you will embody accountability and confidence with superior communication skills for all interactions. You'll skillfully navigate challenges, ensuring individual performance and overall unit success. Qualifications: Required * Bachelor's of nursing upon hire or equivelant education and experience. * Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience. * one (1) year of leadership experience * Registered Nurse: CA (RN:CA) * Basic Life Support - CPR (BLS-CPR)
