				Overview:

This individual is responsible for overseeing and organizing various aspects of materials operations, such as Tool Crib purchasing, receiving, shipping, warehousing, materials distribution, and production control. 

Is also in charge of budgeting and cost control, including managing inventories of both raw materials and finished products.

 Additionally, is specifically accountable for the Tool Crib.

Responsibilities:

- Develops a production plan by grouping and sequencing tasks 

- Ensures that inventory levels of raw materials and finished products are maintained at optimal levels 

- Takes necessary actions to minimize delays and meet production targets 

- Ensures that inventory accuracy is maintained in alignment with set objectives

 - Maintains inventory levels of operating and indirect materials at the Tool Crib to support production activities

 - Ensures compliance with ISO operating procedures and work instructions 

- Takes responsibility for expediting materials to meet the production schedule

 - Manages any material changes in the Bill of Materials (BOM)

Qualifications:

- Possession of a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field 

- Minimum of five years of experience in materials, production control, and warehouse management

 - Proficiency level of 85% in the English language 

- Familiarity with SAP is highly desired 

- Knowledge or experience with ISO-9000 standards 

- Experience in Master Scheduling 

- Possession of APICS Certification would be advantageous

 - Strong leadership and supervision skills 

- Excellent interpersonal skills 

- Outstanding communication abilities 

- Ability to effectively collaborate and work in a team environment
