				Overview:

The Loyalty Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting loyalty operations, drive program, enhancements, and development of long term strategy for the Neighbor's Club loyalty program.  

Responsibilities:

* Drive member enrollment, growth in spend per customer, and member retention
* Define calendar of exclusive offers and experiences for our loyalty members in partnership with other internal and external parties
* Ensure key stakeholders have visibility to planned loyalty activities and integrate program into all appropriate communication channels
* Proof creative material to ensure execution is consistent with defined strategy
* Review performance reporting of loyalty customers and offers/experiences to shape future program activities
* Lead Marketing Coordinator in regular activities such as execution of task lists including coupon set-up, invoices and print production
* Manage relationships with external loyalty agencies
* Partner with IT to roadmap and implement improvements to the loyalty program
* Define and operationalize the long term strategies in partnership across key stakeholders and agencies including exploration of a revised program structure

Qualifications:

Experience:   5 plus years retail marketing and management experience including at least 2 years supporting loyalty programs preferred.

Education:  Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.

* Strong organization, communication and multi tasking skills
* Strong attention to detail, timelines and deadlines
* Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Office products
* Understanding of loyalty programs
