Responsibilities:
The Manager, Learning & Development of Partner Excellence will support the Director of Partner Excellence to execute projects at the intersection of Strategy & Transformation. This role will collaborate with but not limited to: Supply Chain, Operations, Transportation, IT, Finance, Strategy & Category Management. This role will primarily support the development of the Supply Chain team, continued education related to their day-to-day tools & knowledge. This position will support the Director of Partner Excellence to improve & transform the way Supply Chain does business through a training roadmap, intentional & targeted learning experiences, instructional led experiences & facilitating instructional led sessions (live & virtual). Qualifications:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
* 5+ years experience in Project Management Organization or learning, development & training. Experience with LMS and L&OD/L&D teams preferred.
* BA or BS or 7+ years work experience
* 3+ years of direct people management desired
