Position: Lead Allocation Manager

Location: U.S. Remote

Pay: $75K - $100K/yr DOE plus annual bonus

Summary: New American Funding (NAF) is a nationwide mortgage lender dedicated to providing tailored home financing solutions to borrowers across the United States. We are seeking a highly technical and results-driven Manager, Lead Allocation to oversee and optimize our lead sourcing, allocation, and routing strategies across multiple systems and sales teams. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate, efficient lead distribution to maximize revenue opportunities and align with business goals. The ideal candidate has experience in CRM administration, lead management operations, and a strong understanding of mortgage or financial services data environments.

Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  

Lead Sourcing & Allocation Management

* Manage the intake, mapping, and routing of leads using in-house CRM and lead management systems.
* Ensure all incoming leads are properly attributed and routed to the appropriate teams based on current business rules and best practices.
* Monitor lead flow daily and act quickly to resolve discrepancies in lead allocation or data accuracy.
* Serve as the technical owner of the lead routing lifecycle-from lead creation through delivery to the dialer and sales teams.

Lead Routing Optimization

* Develop, implement, and refine scalable lead allocation models and processes.
* Collaborate with intake teams to design dynamic routing strategies based on lead source, scoring, and skill-based criteria.
* Assist with defining stakeholder requirements and translating them into efficient workflows and allocation logic.

Reporting & Analytics

* Partner with the data team to generate and analyze reports that track lead volume, distribution, conversion, and fulfillment goals.
* Identify inefficiencies in the lead pipeline and participate in testing and optimization efforts.
* Provide insights during monthly reviews regarding goal setting, team capacity, and lead effectiveness.

Quality Control & Issue Resolution

* Actively monitor lead routing systems to ensure real-time delivery and system health.
* Investigate and resolve issues such as missing lead sources, improper routing, or allocation gaps.

Qualifications:

Job Competencies / Qualifications:

* 3+ years of CRM administration or technical marketing operations experience.
* Proven experience managing lead distribution and marketing attribution systems.
* Strong technical acumen with an understanding of how data moves between systems (CRM, dialer, telephony, APIs).
* Familiarity with mortgage-specific data and business processes (applications, loan files, etc.).
* Strong understanding of the lead-to-revenue funnel, including lead scoring and routing logic.
* Ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders from Sales, Marketing, IT, and Product teams.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
* Experience in mortgage lead operations or a financial services environment.
* Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL pipelines (hands-on experience not required).
* Familiarity with concepts like lead scoring, skill-based routing, and matching algorithms.
* Experience working with custom data schemas and maintaining naming/data consistency across systems.
