The Business Operations Manager - Credit & Collections Analytics leads a team that tracks, analyzes, and reports performance across acquisition, credit onboarding, and delinquency/collections. This role provides process improvement recommendations, writes requirements, maps workflows, and oversees delinquency metrics and agency performance. The manager also supports strategy, implementation, reporting, and ongoing operations of these programs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Direct and coach team members to meet individual and team performance goals, fostering a high-performing, engaged work environment

* Build and maintain a strong team culture focused on quality, service excellence, and excitement around new business opportunities

* Partner with senior leadership to drive data-based performance improvements, customer satisfaction initiatives, and process automation opportunities

* Develop and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives

* Analyze trends in credit, delinquency, and collections to inform strategic decisions; monitor performance shifts and recommend corrective actions

* Serve as a subject matter expert, ensuring process understanding, project organization, cross-functional alignment, and adherence to company policies

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

* Bachelors Degree, preferably in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Analytics, Mathematics or Statistics, and at least two years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and work with Pivot Tables, SUMIF, VLOOKUP functions, and exposure to Macro
* Experience with SQL or Python a plus
* Experience with credit and/or identity fraud a plus
* Proficiency with Google suite applications (Gmail, Google Slides, Google Docs, etc)

Skills and Qualifications:

* Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common metrics used to measure and monitor operational performance, define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and provide clear and concise communication with a wide audience of internal departments
* Willingness to work flexible schedules on an ad hoc basis as needed
* Excellent organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and written/oral communication skills
* Ability to effectively respond to and interact with staff at all levels of the organization
* Flexibility, innovation, and the ability to manage staff, responsibilities, and priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented, and time-critical environment
