Overview:
POSITION SUMMARY: The Manager is responsible for the daily operations and oversight of the care delivered to Hospice patients. This position is responsible for the clinical, fiscal and administrative management of the provision of Hospice services, including quality management, staff development, and coordination of care with providers and customers. The Manager ensures optimal outcomes with employee engagement, patient experience, quality, safety, stewardship, and access to Hospice services.
Qualifications:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* BSN
* Three (3) years of progressively more responsible work experience in hospice or 3 years of management experience in healthcare
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Licensure/Certifications:
* RN license in the appropriate State
Other skills or knowledge
* Knowledge of state, federal and JCAHO regulations
* Computer skills
* Knowledge of EPIC preferred
* CPR required prior to patient contact
