				Overview:

POSITION SUMMARY: The Home Health Agency Manager is responsible for supervision and operational oversight of all home health operations and for the clinical care and non-clinical services delivered to patients with twenty-four hour accountability for patient care and operations of the local agency. Manages care to make certain it is appropriate to the ages of patients served. Assumes responsibility to achieve performance improvement objectives, financial outcomes, and clinical outcomes to assure OSF meets the needs and expectations of its patients, families and referral sources.

Qualifications:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

Bachelors

Experience: 3 years of progressively more responsible work experience in home health Licensure/Certification: CPR - American Heart Association (BLS for Health Care Providers)

Other skills/knowledge: Working knowledge of EMR Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

Education: BSN

License: RN License

Experience: 3 years of management experience in healthcare
