We are seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to support our Client Advisory Services (CAS) healthcare team, with a focus on Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs). In this role, you will partner with clients to deliver high-quality financial reporting, ensure compliance with complex healthcare regulations, and assist with providing insights that drive informed decision-making. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, client-facing environment, supporting organizations that deliver critical care to underserved communities. This role can be worked remotely anywhere in the US!
Responsibilities:

* Review and deliver financial reports and KPIs
* Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow modeling
* Provide technical accounting guidance to clients and internal engagement teams
* Develop, coach, and mentor staff and senior accountants
* Collaborate with advisory teams and external partners
* Identify and support opportunities to expand services in partnership with advisory teams
* Assist with onboarding new clients, including system setup and process documentation
* Monitor team KPIs and implement process improvements
* Support the integration of new technology platforms and train team members on system enhancements
Qualifications:
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business required; CPA or MBA preferred
* 4-6+ years of accounting experience, with healthcare and/or FQHC experience preferred
* 3+ years of experience managing teams
* Knowledge of healthcare regulations, including Medicare/Medicaid and federal grant compliance (HRSA preferred)
* Experience with financial reporting, budgeting/forecasting, and audit/internal controls
* Understanding of revenue cycle, cost allocation, and physician compensation models
* Proficiency in accounting systems (e.g., Intacct, NetSuite, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite
* Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities; willingness to travel up to 10%
