About the role
The Regional Field Marketing Manager, EMEA will develop, manage and execute regional marketing plans and programs aimed at targeting, engaging, and accelerating prospect accounts through the sales cycle in support of Kinaxis' go-to-market (GTM) strategy. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on-execution, ensuring all programs are tailored to regional audiences and designed to support pipeline generation and accelerate key target accounts through the buyer journey.
This role will lead the field marketing team for EMEA and collaborate, and work closely with regional sales, business development, and across the global marketing team to effectively deliver programs that support business goals.
Qualifications:
What you will do
* Develop and lead the execution of integrated regional marketing strategies that align with corporate objectives and sales priorities, while managing and mentoring a high-performing EMEA field marketing team.
* Deliver industry- and account-focused programs using a mix of online and offline marketing channels to generate leads and sales pipeline, including regional events and roundtables, email marketing, regional paid marketing program opportunities, webinars, etc.
* Own the strategy and execution of regional events (owned and sponsored), including pre-, during, and post-event planning in partnership with the strategic events team to maximize impact.
* Align closely with regional sales, business development, and global marketing teams to ensure marketing programs support pipeline objectives, and provide enablement through tailored content, messaging, and actionable campaign insights.
* Drive the development and use of regional customer success stories that reflect local market challenges and outcomes, and support content localization to increase program relevance and resonance.
* Collaborate with Communications and PR teams to elevate regional brand presence through thought leadership initiatives, media engagement, and social media amplification.
* Support account based marketing (ABM) programs with the global demand gen team to deliver localized executive experiences, campaigns, and targeted account plays.
* Leverage analytics tools and performance data to measure program effectiveness, inform strategic adjustments, and continuously improve results across all regional marketing initiatives.
What we are looking for
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising communications, business, or related
* 5-7+ years progressive experience in field marketing with business-to-business software experience, focused on demand generation and / or field marketing.
* Proven success leading regional marketing strategies and/or teams.
* Strong understanding of the European market landscape, business culture, and buyer behaviors.
* Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating an ability to persuade, negotiate, and collaborate.
* Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making, including campaign performance measurement and optimization.
* Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience with in-person, virtual, and hybrid event programming.
* Proficiency with marketing and sales platforms, such as Highspot, Salesforce, Eloqua, PowerBI, Wrike, etc.
* Demonstrated leadership skills including mentoring, influencing and team collaboration.
* Data-driven mindset, using analytical skills to guide and impact program performance.
