Responsibilities:
This position provides oversight for the administration and operation of Employee Health Services within Yavapai Regional Medical Center. Ensures compliance with federal and state regulations.
* Monitors compliance with regulatory agency requirements including but not limited to OSHA, Worker's Compensation, ADA, and AZ Department of Health Services.
* Provides oversight for the administration of YRMC's Worker's Compensation program.
* Oversees new hire processing for YRMC associated clinics/hospitals.
* Oversees daily activities of Employee Health staff.
* Ensures immunization, TB surveillance compliance, FIT testing and OSHA/NIOSH compliance.
* Collaborates with leadership and staff across the organization in the delivery of all Employee Health programs
Qualifications:
MINIMUM
* Bachelor's degree or 5 years related experience in lieu of a degree
* Three (3) years healthcare experience
* Two (2) years leadership experience
PREFERRED
* Worker's Compensation Admnistration experience
* Registered Nurse AZ
